Is It Time Yet? is an educational tool for retirement planning exploration. It is not financial advice, investment advice, or tax advice. We are not registered investment advisors. The projections and calculations provided are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any financial decision.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Is It Time Yet? ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Is It Time Yet? is a retirement planning tool that allows users to:
- Enter estimated financial information manually
- Create and compare retirement scenarios
- Run projections based on user-provided assumptions
- Explore "what-if" scenarios for retirement planning
- Run Monte Carlo simulations and stress tests (paid plans)
The Service does not connect to your bank accounts, investment accounts, or any financial institutions. All data is entered manually by users.

- We are not financial advisors. Is It Time Yet? and its operators are not registered investment advisors, financial planners, tax professionals, or legal advisors.
- This is not advice. Nothing on this website or in the Service constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice.

4. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your password
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Free Plan
The Individual (free) plan provides limited access to basic features at no cost. Free accounts may be subject to usage limitations.
Paid Plans
Advisor Pro and Firm plans require a monthly subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay the applicable subscription fees
- Automatic monthly billing until you cancel
- Provide accurate billing information
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent periods
- Your account will revert to the free Individual plan
- Data exceeding free plan limits may become inaccessible (but not deleted)
Refunds
We offer a 14-day free trial for new Advisor Pro subscribers. After the trial period, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Contact us if you believe you're entitled to a refund due to service issues.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use automated tools to scrape or access the Service
- Resell access to the Service without authorization
- Use the Service to provide financial advice to others (unless appropriately licensed)
- Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise security
- Impersonate another person or entity
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Is It Time Yet? and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
You retain ownership of any data you enter into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Results from the Service will be accurate or reliable
- The Service will meet your specific requirements
- Any errors in the Service will be corrected
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IS IT TIME YET? AND ITS OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You acknowledge that financial decisions involve risk, and you assume full responsibility for any decisions made based on information from the Service.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Is It Time Yet?, its operators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
- We may delete your account and data (after a reasonable notice period for paying customers)
- Sections that should survive termination will remain in effect
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree with changes, you may cancel your account.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Is It Time Yet? regarding the Service.
